HistoryJoe and Julie Donato were married and founded Hudson Valley Dance Depot in 2012. Joe moved to the Hudson Valley from Philadelphia, where he was a popular and well-respected teacher for over a decade. He taught at many studios and created successful dance events throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Together, Joe and Julie teach and dance throughout the Hudson Valley, enjoying swing, salsa and ballroom dancing. They are committed to enhancing the lives of others through dance, with all its physical and mental health benefits, including fun, exercise and enjoyment of music.SpecialtiesHudson Valley Dance Depot offers classes, private lessons, and dance events for social dancing, including swing, salsa, and ballroom. Couples and singles are welcome; no partner necessary. We also have classes for individuals to exercise and learn new skills, including zumba, bokwa, belly dancing and yoga.
