“Pete's” Saloon & Restaurant of Elmsford was born in 1977, and has grown from “The Saloon”, the ambitious dream of former owner Peter Riekstins to another ambitious dream of new owner-Anthony Bartolotta.So many of our friends and clientele have grown with us remaining loyal through our six renovations, kitchen and staff upgrades.
