Customer service good But items are quite pricy some double what they can be purchased for online. I do appreciate and like to support local business but some of the prices here are not competitive.

This store has a great selection of pet products (toys, leashes, food, litter, birdseed, aquarium supplies,etc) and a very friendly, helpful staff.

All of the employees at the Valley Stream, NY Pet Store were Courteous and Knowledgeable about the pet products and what isles I could find them for our Cat, Turtle and Rabbit pet family.
