Love this place! Nelson is very nice at the front desk, remembers my name, and my clothes have been delivered in great shape. Amazing dry cleaning as well for expensive clothing. I am very Happy.

Not going back. Same outsourced cleaners as Mac (I'm assuming so, since it comes back in plastic wrap and smells the same), but it charges an additional $2 to use separate washing machines (huh?)...

WARNING: GO ELSEWHERE. The owner Nelson is scandalous. They lost my clothes and blamed me. I talked to my doorman, they do this all the time. I heard they over charge too, read your receipts.
