Stanton Street Yoga is a Yoga studio where each student is encouraged to use the physical body to take the journey a few steps deeper; into the heart of Yoga. We offer Vinyasa based classes of all levels along with other specialty classes, workshops, and retreats. At Stanton Street, we strive to share the deeper aspect of Yoga, acknowledging that in its fullness, Yoga is a path to God realization.
