The customer service was nice, but prices were a $20-$30 too high. So watch out for the markup on parts, otherwise they're exactly the same as every other parts store ever.

The woman who works the front counter is extremely nasty and very rude! I would rather drive all the way to Newburgh or Middletown for my parts!
