Wonderful store. I was treated like royalty. Great staff, extremely helpful and kind and knowledgeable. And Patagonia is a great company. I'd go back anytime.

Beautiful and well-designed (but expensive) clothing. Amply-staffed. Sales staff unhelpful and with an "attitude." Spend your winter clothing dollars at REI in SoHo.

I'm a Patagoniac, or as an older person, a Patagomer. I have been a happy Patagonia customer for over 40 years. Their stuff is the greatest. The staff are excellent and provide reliable advice
