Otto is the worst once they seal a deal or get your money in the service department after lying about what you really don't need with there 300% markups they really are not accountable for nothing...

I bought my first cadillac from otto 2 months in the battery went dead left me stranded. 10 months in had front end issues costed me 700 dollars plus had to buy new tires. 1 year in rear...

My older Cadillac had clogged drains in the skylight causing water to leak in the cabin . Amber , Otto's Service Adviser , was so helpful and pleasant and responsive ! I will definitely shop...
