Founded in 1980, C rculo de la Hispanidad is a nonprofit agency that provides a range of social, educational, recreational, cultural, economic development and advisory services. It administers various crisis intervention, domestic violence, career, cultural, health, housing support, immigration and youth programs. The agency s housing support program includes rental assistance, case management and independent living skill services for individuals with mental illnesses. C rculo de la Hispanidad offers an education and literacy program that features career counseling, HIV prevention, vocational education, and computer and GED classes. It also maintains a help line that provides domestic violence support services, such as education and referral for the victims of domestic violence. C rculo de la Hispanidad maintains its administrative office in Long Beach, N.Y.
