(New York Rug Authority is a Father-Son business, owner by Robert (Bob) Deacon, and his son, Robert Deacon Jr. Bob has been caring for carpets since 1987 and his son has been learning the business since he was old enough to tag along. The younger Deacon is pursuing a business degree and enrolled in Oriental carpet identification class.
