Northport Public Library

Northport-East Northport Public Library is located in Northport, N.Y. The library maintains a collection of more than 300,000 items, including books, journals, magazines, newspapers, catalogs, guides and reference materials. Its range of multimedia products includes software, cassettes, DVDs, CDs and video tapes. The library also serves as a cultural and educational center for children in kindergarten through grade five. It organizes a variety of events, such as story sessions, craft workshops, musical programs, theatrical performances and reading activities. In addition, Northport-East Northport Public Library conducts concerts, book discussions, film festivals and author lectures for adults.
