Northbrook Heights Residential Care Home

Established in 1974, Northbrook Heights is a community-based adult home that provides rooms, meals, and housekeeping and personal care services. Licensed by the New York State Department of Social Services, the community home is also associated with the Assisted Living Program. Its Assisted Living Program is a more than 50-bed facility that provides long- and short-term residential care and assists patients in arranging for home health services. Northbrook Heights employs registered and licensed practical nurses, certified nurses aides and a consulting dietician to meet the health care and personal needs of residents. The home also conducts a variety of activities, such as movies, bingo, card club, holiday parties and physical fitness classes. Northbrook Heights is located in Auburn, N.Y.
