North Shore Jewish Center

The North Shore Jewish Center is an egalitarian conservative Jewish organization located on the northern shore of Suffolk County, N.Y. It offers a variety of programs and worship services to people of all ages. The organization provides a variety of alternative Shabbat activities, a Synaplex program, Family Kehillah and Tot Shabbat. It also runs a summer preschool, nursery, and Hebrew high school. The organization additionally conducts various programs for youths and senior citizens. Founded in 1893, North Shore Jewish Center has more than 450 families as members. It is a member of the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism.
