We are located at 3 Bridge St. in the Carthage Area Hospital Professional Building. Upon calling the clinic, or receiving a referral, your case will be assigned to the appropriate staff member. At the initial visit, the staff member will conduct an initial assessment and a plan for treatment will be discussed with the patient.
