Walked into the store to pick up an order I placed online. Was told it would be ready yesterday on the 22nd, but than it changed to the 23rd. So now I'm here and then being told it's not ready....

Rudest store manager. I called to see if an item was ready for pickup and she refused to even check where it was in the process. Seemed equal parts stupid and nasty. Avoid!
