Nysc in Rego park is one the worst gym in ny. The staff is rude. The general manager doesn't know what he doing. The equipment is always broken. Don't waist your time and money

Great community and nice vibe. In general, it's great that there are so many squat racks as they are versatile and can be used for a wide range of exercises, so it's easy to get in a good workout....

It's been a while since I've been here. I was a member pre covid. Pretty much the same. It's a huge gym which is nice. There are plenty of machines for running, biking, elliptical, stairs, etc....
