It happened again!!! A big party in NJ and this time we were taking our neighbors and the zip car wouldn't open!!!!! An hour late, 45 minutes it with customer service, we had to fish or cut bait....

I wish they would have told me that even though the location closed at 4:00 on Sunday, you can drop off your rental all night. Hopefully this will help you.
