Nadia Liyanage-Don, MD, MS

Dr. John Babineau is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics (in Emergency Medicine) at the Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Babineau is the Vice-Chair and Chief of Pediatric Emergency Medicine for the Department of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Babineau completed undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania followed by medical school at Robert Wood Johnson-Rutgers where he graduated with AOA and Gold Humanism Society Honors. After medical school, he completed a Pediatrics residency and then a chief resident year here at NYP-Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital during which he received the NYP Physician of the Year - Spirit of Collaboration Award. Dr. Babineau completed a Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship at NYP as well, and in 2013 was awarded the Pediatric Fellow of the Year Award. Following fellowship, he joined the faculty at Columbia and then completed the Greater NY Hospital Association and United Hospital Fund Clinical Quality Fellowship Program in 2016. Dr. Babineau is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine and practices at New York-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital.

Russell Miller, MD is the Sloane Hospital for Women Professor of Prenatal Pediatrics (in Obstetrics and Gynecology) at the Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Miller's clinical and research interests include prenatal diagnosis, sonographic evaluation of fetal malformations, evaluation and management of complicated twin pregnancies, Twin-Twin Transfusion Syndrome, and performing invasive fetal therapies. Dr. Miller completed his medical school education as well as residency and subspecialty fellowship training in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) at Columbia University Medical Center. Among his many clinical and research awards and recognitions, he has been nominated as the Children's Hospital of New York Physician of the Year in three different years.

Dr. Lorraine Ng is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics (in Emergency Medicine) at the Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Ng earned her medical degree from Brown University and completed a residency in pediatrics at NYP Weill Cornell Medical Center followed by a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Children’s Hospital at Montefiore. She then went on to complete an Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Fellowship at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center. Dr. Ng began as a faculty member at Columbia in 2012 with a focus and expertise in point of care ultrasound (POCUS) within Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM). Dr. Ng served as the PEM Ultrasound Fellowship Director for 5 years, after helping initiate the fellowship, as one of the first such programs in the country. Since 2018 she has served as the Director of PEM Ultrasound and as of 2019, now serves as Assistant Director of Emergency Medicine Department Division of Ultrasound. Dr. Ng is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine and practices as an Associate Attending in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at New York Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital.
