History

I establshed Morgan Real Estate Appraisal in 1990 as a part time business in conjunction to the fee split work I was doing with McGrath Basciani Appraisal and Doern Appraisal. It has evolved into a full time company in 1997 and I have been fortunate enough to have remained in business over the past 5 years. The subprime collapse and the real estate market meltdown has had a major impact on the Real Estate Appraisal business during these past 5 years. I have remained a sole proprietorship and I am doing mostly work for attorneys, home owners and executors of estates.

Specialties

I specialize in the appraisal of Real Estate and Personal Property. I cover the Hudson Valley, specifically, Dutchess, Putnam and Westchester Counties. My only business in Real Estate Appraisal. I have 23 years experience in the appraisal of Single Family, Condo, Cooperative and 2-4 family properties. I speciailize in Appraisals and Valuations for Estate purposes, matrimonial and can also prepare work for court tesitmony. I am also available for the appraisal of personal property and antiques. I have just completed an updated 15 hour USPAP class that deals with the appraisal of both real and personal property.
