History

Minnow Associates started off as a small General Contracting company, founded by Daniel Miller in 1988. As General Contractors we specialize in gut renovations, restaurants, and retail & commercial build-outs. We try to provide the same services to our customers that we would provide for ourselves - no shortcuts or cheap solutions. This mindset carries over to our Property Management divisions, preferring to build long-term relationships rather than short-term profits.
