History

Thank you for taking the time to learn about me and my practice. I am a mediator and attorney focusing my practice on family, divorce, mediation, collaborative divorce, real estate, estate planning and small business matters. I have been a practicing attorney for 15 years and branched out on my own in 2009. I am a solo practitioner which means that you have my full attention. I can be flexible in my scheduling and meeting location to include my convenient office location or southtowns location as well. My experience as a hands on attorney in Family and Supreme Courts has allowed me to gain practical skills necessary to be an effective mediator and assist you in working with your spouse to reach a mutually acceptable separation or divorce agreement. My goal is to assist you to work with your spouse to reach a fair agreement that preserves your family's assets and your family circle so that you can continue to work with each other in the future as co-parents, if appropriate.

Additionally extensive experience in other areas of law including Collections, Landlord/Tenant, Vehicle/Traffic matters and Estates. Serving all of the Western New York area and practice in Erie, Wyoming, Niagara Co. Admitted to practice law in New York State and Federal Courts including the Western District of New York and Western District of New York Court Bankruptcy Court.
