Writing negative reviews is not something I enjoy, however today's experience at Mendy's on W 48th street at 1:30 PM deserves to be memorialized. The manager/mashgiach/rabbi at this location...

All I'm saying how you gonna mess up a salad? Add avocado $2 extra and is 1/4 of a old bruised avocado, by the way the salad start at $11.00!!

It's a solid staple place. All of their deli meats are phenomenal...my faves pastrami, corned beef, tongue, and hard salami. Their chicken liver is delicious as well. Sadly their matzo ball soup...
