I think Mel Spivak is a thorough, competent attorney who never rushed me and answered all my questions in a prompt manner. Calling him a paper pusher as in above comment is ridiculous! The process...

He's a paper pusher. If you hire him you get a clerk at a lawyer's price. My advice is to keep looking for a real lawyer.
