Meadowbrook Healthcare is a full-service nursing center that offers health care and rehabilitation services. The center maintains a more than 200-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. It operates through an interdisciplinary team that offers nursing care, recreational activities, physical and occupational therapies, and rehabilitation services and customized dietary care plans. Meadowbrook Healthcare, through its medical care unit, provides wound, pain, diabetes and skin care management, as well as nutritional counseling, restorative nursing, and oxygen and speech therapies. The center offers a subacute program that has been designated for short-term stays and features a skilled nursing staff that works in tandem with dieticians, specialists, and physical and occupational therapists.
