She earned her medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and received the AAMC Herbert W. Nickens Medical Student Award. She completed her residency at the renowned Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program (HCORP), where she was elected Administrative Chief Resident and honored with the William H. Thomas, MD Award for Excellence in Orthopaedics. Dr. Greene then pursued the prestigious adult reconstruction and joint replacement fellowship at OrthoCarolina in Charlotte, NC, receiving advanced training in complex hip and knee revision surgery and the management of prosthetic joint infections. Her research focuses on improving patient outcomes in joint replacement, with a particular interest in young adult hip issues such as dysplasia, as well as access, health disparities, and global health. She is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS), the J. Robert Gladden Orthopaedic Society, and the American Association of Latino Orthopaedic Surgeons (AALOS). Born and raised in Colombia, Dr. Greene immigrated to the United States at age 19 with a passion for medicine and a commitment to social justice. Before orthopedic surgery, she worked in diverse roles including as a cattle farmer and orthopedic registered nurse which helped shape her perspective and provided her with a unique set of skills that continue to influence her practice today. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to improving access to musculoskeletal care locally and abroad, including multiple Operation Walk mission trips and independent work in Colombia and Uganda. Dr. Greene’s mission is to restore her patients’ mobility and function so they can live healthier, more fulfilling lives. She is equally devoted to mentoring the next generation of orthopedic surgeons and leaders to create lasting change both locally and globally.

Dr. James Lee is an internationally recognized endocrine surgeon who specializes in the care of patients with thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal disorders. Dr. Lee is the Chief of Endocrine Surgery and the Edwin K. and Anne C. Weisskopf Professor of Surgical Oncology at Columbia University and the Physician Director of the Endocrine Service Line at the NY Presbyterian Hospital. He serves as Co-Director of the multidisciplinary Columbia Thyroid Center, Parathyroid Center, and Adrenal Center. He has been rated as one of the Best Doctors in America and is one of the highest volume endocrine surgeons in the country. Dr. Lee received his medical degree from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons, completed his residency in General Surgery at Columbia and went on to a fellowship in Endocrine Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Lee is actively involved in the leadership of Endocrine Surgery at the national and international level. He serves on the Executive Council of the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons and Standing Faculty of the international Endocrine Surgery University.
