The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym is well equipped and offers a variety of classes. I generally don't like gyms because I feel out of place, but, Level Fitness makes me feel comfortable...

I just cancelled my membership for the thornwood location. Very small and very dirty, not worth $79 at all

Very dirty. Got hand foot mouth virus from their dumbells in Thornwood Staff also lied about the contract being cancelled at anytime

It's a nice gym but I couldn't take the kids with no gym etiquette...I eventually cancelled my membership.
