Not much to "see" around here. That's right! This store doesn't even allow you to enter and look at frames unless you have an appt. Not one customer in the store but a security guard and a worker...

Made it difficult to obtain my prescription which they botched anyway. Wouldn't email. Made me come to store to get prescription then informed me the doctor forgot the Add for progressives....

Lens Crafters - Colonie Center location. While the service was decent, I found the store to be filthy. At 10:00 when they open. there is no reason for the floor to be stained with food and drink...
