Helmed by Chef Francesco Battisti, the menu honors tradition with beloved breakfast maritozzi and all-day Roman staples like Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, Puntarelle, and Carciofi, as well as shareable pinsas. The beverage program celebrates Italian classics, offering a robust amaro selection and a curated list of Laziale and regional wines by LDV's Alessio de Sensi. Designed by Whitley Esteban and Ernesto Gloria of Studio Tre, the space fuses the building's brutalist edge with '70s Italian funk, setting the scene for a spirited, stylish dining experience by LDV Hospitality.
