Their drivers can't read or follow delivery instructions. Both my wife and I have arthritis and it clearly states leave at front door/top of stairs and they insist on leaving it on the sidewalk 3...

Always a problem. With any order from companies that use Lasership we either had or have Deliveries not received or sent to wrong address. ALWAYS
