We booked a three night stay here to use as a home base for some activities we had planned. The hotels in Cooperstown were mostly booked, or very expensive and this was a reasonable alternative...

Stayed for three nights... VERY CLEAN, NEAT AND VERY ORDERLY. Did I mention it was very clean...Nice location, if I have anything negative to say it would be the walk downhill and then down two...

We stay here every time we go to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame or Opera. Right on the lake and everything you need from a motel.

We have been staying at the Lake N Pines for 1 weekend each July for years and years. We book several rooms and come as an extended family. I would say it is a good value for your money...
