Dr. Julie Zhao is an assistant attending physician in emergency medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and New York-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital. She is also an assistant professor of clinical emergency medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Neurology and Vascular Neurology. He is a Registered Physician in Neurovascular Interpretation (RPNI) and is certified to interpret carotid ultrasound and transcranial doppler studies. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Heart Association/Stroke, and American Society of Neuroimaging.
