Dr. Joshua D. Stewart is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine at the Ronald O. Perelman and Claudia Cohen Center for Reproductive Medicine of Weill Cornell Medical College. He received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry Summa Cum Laude from the University of Kansas, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, where he was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society, as well as the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He went on to complete a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center followed by sub-specialty fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Ronald O. Perelman and Claudia Cohen Center for Reproductive Medicine of Weill Cornell Medical College. In 2019, he received a prize scientific paper award at the Annual Meeting of the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society for his research on mechanisms impacting male factor infertility.
