Worst customer service. Shoes came damaged, I sent them back using their provided return label and they "Never received the shoes". Now out the shoes and the $. Have a better system in place.

beware. they sold me a pair of fake sandals. when i requested a return label they sent it without a receipt. their customer service is terrible and they act like they have no training. they claim...
