Small, cramped with very tiny stage. Dingy, dark atmosphere. Went there to see Friends the parody. Wasn't crazy about this production, but that's just my taste.
My 1st off Broadway experience. My daughter and I saw The Office parody which is 5 stars on it's own. I have no other NY theater's to compare it to, so 5 stars it is.
