Jennifer Caceres, MD

Dr. David Lee received his undergraduate and medical school degrees from Cornell University. He completed his Internal Medicine and Chief Residency at Long Island Jewish Hospital and his Gastroenteroloy Fellowship at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Dr. Lee has a special interest in pancreaticobiliary disease, IBD, as well as advanced therapeutic endoscopy. His research appears in many peer-reviwed journals. He has also given several lectures and presentations at both regional and national meetings. He is skilled in many advanced endocsopic techniques including ERCP, endoscopic ultrasound, endoscopic mucosal resection, endoscopic suturing, endoluminal stenting, and radiofrequency ablation of biliary lesions.

Dr. Charles Murphy is an assistant professor of medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) and co-director of Columbia's HHT Center for Excellence. Dr. Murphy specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) as well as the full range of pulmonary and critical illnesses. Dr. Murphy received his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and underwent internal medicine residency training at Montefiore Medical Center, where he was chief resident. He then completed a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at CUIMC, where he was chief fellow. He is passionate about providing exceptional inpatient and outpatient care to patients with pulmonary diseases and critical illnesses.

Jihyeon Lim is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Columbia Primary Care, holding her MSN from Columbia University School of Nursing. She focuses on thorough health screenings,evidence-based preventive care, and chronic disease management. She emphasizes patient education, collaborative health planning, and the implementation of small, consistent lifestyle changes to achieve significant long-term benefits. While her primary focus is on primary care, she also maintains an interest in advanced care to better understand the broader spectrum of patient needs across various life stages. She speaks both English and Korean. Outside of her clinical hours, she spends time withher family and volunteers at local community centers.
