Such a missed opportunity to not have an option of heating up the baked goods! I thought that the pie cookie was unique but not my ideal texture for a cookie. It was expensive for what it was....

I always pass by when I'm in the area but never stopped in, so today I did. I tried the apple pie crust cookie. Just as you would think... tasted basically like an apple pie! Just wish they kept...

Such a unique idea for cookies and so delicious. Had the chocolate and pecan cookies and enjoyed both (loved the pecan!). The dough is just like a flaky pie crust. Great for a little snack.
