Things have changed since Northwell took over. Harder to get appointment, longer wait in waiting room. Dr. Burns (who I see) is just as nice but I don't like how Northwell is handling things.

Dr.Kelly and Dr.Burmeister are fantastic doctors, they are very kind and courteous to all the patients and since being taken over by Northwell the administrative staff is phenomenal!
