John was friendly, and I imagine he did good work (I won't know until there is another deluge of rain). However, trying to get a receipt for the work has been impossible. He had me make a check...

Had an appointment at 4:45pm(even sent me a text stating this). He never showed up so I called and texted then at 5:15 he responds that can't make it. Avoid this company because will only be issues.
