First and foremost are their limited hours. They have NO evening and NO weekend hours...so I have to take off work to visit them. They expect you to come in once a month to get your hearing aids...

Be careful of their insurance policies. When I first went in they told me that they they were not affiliated with any insurance companies and the I would have to pay full price and get reimbursed...
