I had the worst experience with them . They were very unorganized. The people in the office are very unprofessional. They are on the phone gossiping about "church" at work, loud church service...

Waste of Funding! (forced to give 1 star, because there is no bar for negative rating) Came here on 4 different occasions to handle land stuff and i managed to get about 5 different instructions...

Haitian consulat in manhattan absolutely horrible, horrible place. It's a bunch of people working no body is helping. I hate this place. No wonder haiti is the way it is no one is helping just...
