I am 33 years old, and I have been a personal trainer for 10 years. I most recently worked at Equinox in Scarsdale, NY. If you want to look fabulous and feel great, it's time to start training with Fitness Made Easy; I come to you, and I bring all the equipment. I travel to Bergen, Rockland, Westchester, and Lower Connecticut. I have multiple certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and fitness nutrition specialist. I am also pre/post natal and kettlebell certified. Lastly, I have a master's degree in physical education. My fitness philosophy is to give you an individualized program that is well-balanced by using a multi-joint (using multiple muscles in one exercise to maximize your workout) and multi-planar (moving in all directions to use all muscle groups to prevent injuries and overuse syndromes) approach that will provide a safe and enjoyable experience.
