Great customer service, helped me understand my bill more than i have before and the fact that my delivery from the utility is more than my actual gas usage. saved on fees and got a nice fixed...

Total rip. Claimed 10% savings on gas. Charges 20% more than default supplier (PSE&G). Takes two months to "escape" and return to or change supplier.
