The lady who answers at night time is very rude. Won't service anyone unless they are within like 4 miles of their HQ. Clove is better

While the driver might be nice the people answering the phones are miserable and rude. Look elsewhere.

Was told by access a ride that I had to use grant city for my local trip. I call as instructed, but am told by the dispatcher that they can't accommodate me because they are overbooked. WTF!!!!...

$88 to go from Staten Island to Penn Station-Newark. And $104 from Penn NYC to Staten Island. How is it possible a Staten Island car service doesn't use EZ pass. Foolish. And the woman dispatcher...
