I ordered an arrangement / something bright and sunny with yellow roses. Cost $60 + delivery for my sister. It was mostly greenery & a few cheap filler flowers. Is this what you get in NY?

If you're ordering flowers in Lockport, this is mainly the only place you can order from, but their system is so messed up that I am getting emails and confirmations for flowers my mother ordered....
