Slow to respond. Needed an aid right away but took them two weeks to find someone. Din't show up when arranged. Certainly not a self-starter. Stick with Visiting Nurse!

I agree with all the bad reviews. they don't call for days after I left my phone and asked for my contact to call me. It took 2 days to get a call and then could not help me. Terrible company....
