I received an email that I charged $299 today. I have bought nothing at Best Buy, let alone, a protective plan. Customer service is awful; can't understand them.

GEEK SQUAD RUINED MY SEX LIFE! Imagine what it's like; candles lit, wine poured & music playing. And then every 10 minutes the speakers shut off, the Sonos can't connect to WiFi & the buffering...
