NRG TECH RACING Established in 2000, NRG Tech has built their stellar reputation of great work and fast cars by providing a level of skill and excellence that can't be matched. Owned and operated by Chris Miller and Tom Lisner, NRG Tech is the country's premier race engineering and fabrication shop. The shop features a full-service engine building department, a state-of-the-art fabrication department and an in-house Dyno Jet 248x for all your tuning needs. With over nine years of experience in the racing world NRG Tech has consistently mixed fresh ideas with the traditions of classic old school racing to bring you the Next Racing Generation. Chris has worked on cars for as long as he can remember. He first started off working on his own cars and friends cars in backyard garages. From there he took a love of racing and turned it into a profession. Along with his partner Tom, Chris opened NRG Tech Racing in August 2000. As NRG's tuner and main engine builder, Chris has been fortunate enough to work with some great racers throughout the years. Along with the work he does at NRG Tech, Chris is the current World Record holder for fastest and quickest FWD Honda. His best run to date was his Fall Nationals Outlaw Shootout winning run of 8.75@ 172 mph. Aside from being co-owner of NRG Tech, Tom is our lead fabricator. He has been working on cars and welding for years, having self-taught himself all there is to know about fabrication. Besides fabrication, Tom's other passion is photography. All of the incredible pictures shown on our sight were taken by Tom. Bill came to NRG Tech 2 years ago and quickly became an extremely important member of the NRG Tech family. Bill honed his expertise by working on friends' cars when he was just 18 years old. Now, with more than 5 years experience under his belt he has become a top fabricator for NRG Tech. Kristin is in charge of all things office related at NRG Tech. She handles appointments, customer inquiries and all parts sales. Additionally, Kristin regularly updates our Facebook, Twitter and blog with news and information about everything NRG.
