Service was very good. The burger and fries were way below par. The ice cream sundae was good.

Waitress forgot things several times. Food we got was good. It's one of the only Friendly's left so I'd say go to a different one but...ya know.

Had a great time at friendlys after the Utica zoo. Staff was amazing and everything was just how we wanted it.

Overall food was good, ice cream was great as it should be and service was ok. I felt the the prices were as little high but who isn't now

good service and friendly waitress and really really amazing food here. Also mozz sticks are amazin.
