Fredonia Place

Fredonia Place, founded in 2003, offers a housing community with various modern amenities. The community covers an area of more than 20 acres and maintains an over 80,000-square-foot facility. Fredonia Place is licensed by the State of New York as an Enriched Housing Program/Adult Care Facility and Dementia Unit. It offers independent living apartments with cable television, Internet access, washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves and microwave ovens. The community maintains a dining room, spa, library, game room, movie theater and wellness center.
