Dr. Christopher Charles Paredes is a highly skilled physician specializing in Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. He provides Home Based Primary Care to the patients of Lenox Hill Hospital, Staten Island University Hospital, Phelps Memorial Hospital, Northern Westchester Hospital, LIJ, LIJ Valley Stream, and North Shore University Hospital. Dr. Paredes is board-certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine, as well as in Geriatric Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine / Geriatric Medicine. With a focus on Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, he is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, paying special attention to the unique needs of older homebound adults. Dr. Paredes completed his MD at Ross University School of Medicine and went on to complete his residency in Family Medicine at The Brooklyn Hospital Center - Downtown Campus, He has earned the title of Chief Resident, demonstrating his leadership and commitment to excellence in patient care. He further pursued a fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center - North Division, specializing in Geriatric Medicine.
